To help us in that pursuit we are looking for a dynamic and talented Floor Manager to help us achieve our goals.


This new member of our team is both fun and driven, and is ready to take on the challenge of overseeing the floor of one of the most influential venues located in one of Canada's busiest entertainment districts!


Reporting into our General Manager, the successful candidate will leverage their strong communication skills, upbeat personality and “hustle” mindset to impact the business in multiple ways. Your leadership and coaching capabilities will be utilized while embodying our family culture. As a Manager, you will create a fun work environment and lead your team to success.

Responsibilities:

Ultimately you will be responsible for helping to guide one of the country's busiest dinning and nightlife establishments.
Your passion for food, wine and cocktails is infectious. You teach while you lead and you inspire those you lead to achieve better results.
You will become the embodiment of our company culture while adhering to set policies and standards.
Utilize excel to report on sales and HR-related stats
Record daily logs and communicate outcomes and results to team
Coach, develop, train and continuously support front line staff
Actively promote your team and company success
Contribute to guerrilla and word of mouth marketing programs
Attend and contribute to meetings around Profit, Environment, People, Product


Requirements:

1-2 years experience in the restaurant industry
Refined written and verbal communication skills
Passionate about the hospitality industry and committed to personal development
Demonstrate a sense of urgency and ability to work in a dynamic team environment
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, while meeting tight timelines
Willing to work after-hours to meet business needs
